For those starting, interested in, or just in need of a refresher, we've got a quick and visual guide to subcutaneous (SubQ) self-injection for testosterone and estrogen HRT (hormone replacement therapy, also known as GAHT or gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy). Remember, if using a 3mL versus a 1mL syringe, make sure to draw up the correct dosage.
