FOLX offers our members a negotiated rate to Quest Diagnostics and so sends most of our members to one of their facilities for labs. Members have the option to pay FOLX directly (out of pocket) for their lab fees. If you have insurance, and would prefer to use it to pay, you can do so when you arrive at the testing facility to get your labs performed.
If you do not go to a Quest facility to perform your labs, you will need to provide payment in person (either out of pocket or insurance) when you arrive to perform your labs. FOLX will not have any control over the prices at other facilities.
Yes, erectile dysfunction is fairly common and doesn't only impact cisgender men. There are multiple treatment options available and your clinician can work with you to find a care plan that is best for your needs. They will also be able to provide you a prescription that works with your gender affirming hormone therapy if you'd like to take both.
