All full-time employees and their dependents (spouses and tax dependent children between the ages of 18-26) who are enrolled in one of the company’s Aetna medical plans are eligible for clinical and non-clinical services.

Sign up and book

Sign up for a FOLX membership with your work email and book an appointment with one of our clinicians.

Have your visit

Your clinician will work with you to figure out a care plan that fits your goals.

Get your meds

Get your meds shipped to your door with FOLX or have them sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

We'll ensure you get your refills on time and check in with you on your progress. You can always book another visit as needed.
