I’m an ally, what’s available for me?

We're so glad that you're interested in FOLX Health. We believe affirming care is important for everyone. We offer mental health resources, virtual primary care, educational resources, and parental support consults and resources for those who aren't a part of the community but know or love someone who is.

My employer just signed up, but I've already got a FOLX account. How do I get covered?

If you've already got a FOLX account but want to make sure your membership is covered by your employer, we can help:
1. Create an account with your work email. We'll need this in order to validate your personal account for security purposes.
2. Signed into your work account, submit a request from your work email to our team to get your account covered. In it, please provide the email of your existing account.
2. From there, our team will reach out to your existing member account email to validate the request.
3. Once we validate that both accounts are yours, we'll combine them and you'll be covered!

Can I use my personal email for my FOLX account but still get coverage through my employer?

Yes - but you'll still need to create an account under the email your employer associates with you (if you have one) so we can validate your membership for your personal account.

1. Create an account with your work email and your personal email if you haven't already.
2. Sign into your work account and submit a request from your work email to our team to get your personal account covered. Please make sure you provide your personal email in this request.
2. From there, our team will reach out to your personal member account email to validate the request.
3. Once we validate that both accounts are yours, we'll combine them and you'll be covered!

We are only able to discuss information related to your subscription if you reach out from the email address associated with your FOLX account. Once we make a change to your email, the new email address is what you will use to login to the FOLX Member Portal, FOLX Help Center, and Athena patient portal going forward.

How can my dependent get access to FOLX?

If your spouse, partner, or adult dependent is 18 or over and eligible for your employer’s benefits, you can add them to your FOLX account to have their membership covered. Simply:
1. Log into your account.
2. Tap your name next to your icon in the right hand corner and select “Dependents.”
3. From there, you can add your dependent’s email address to invite them to join FOLX.

After you add a dependent, they can sign up for a FOLX membership, covered by your employer. If you would like to remove a dependent, please submit a request in the Help Center.
